Core Values

We wanted to build our business on a solid foundation that reflected our core values. It is these principles that set us apart from other financial planning firms and give our clients confidence in all of their dealings with us.

One of the foundations that TrailWise Financial Partners was built on is the desire for transparency with our clients. We want you to know what you are getting from us and to clearly understand what you will be paying for those services.

There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all financial plan. Our goal is to fully understand what your goals and obstacles are. Only then, can we really help you to tailor a plan that fits your unique needs.

Every action we take at TrailWise starts by answering ‘yes’ to one simple question, “Is this in the best interest of our clients?” All members of our organization carry the CFP® certification and with that comes the responsibility to always place the interest of our clients ahead of anything else.

We are different in the way that we work with you through the different stages of your life. After we’ve worked with you to set goals and establish actionable steps towards those goals, we will check in with you to see what has worked, what hasn’t, and what needs to be changed.

We understand that you are so much more than a retirement plan. You have goals that you want to achieve along the way. A balanced financial plan involves taking stock of your whole life and designing a plan in an effort to help you enjoy the journey as much as you enjoy the destination.

As a business, TrailWise is committed to doing our part in the community and the globe to make a positive impact. Within our own doors, we implement socially responsible governance and environmental practices to run our business. We also maintain diversity with female advisors and financial planners on our team. In addition, we focus on Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) data in our investment philosophy and process. While we understand that the investment performance may be better or worse than if we as advisors made decisions without screening investment options for ESG criteria, we believe strongly that investors of the future will choose to consider the ESG impacts of their money.
